When the coach walked in I was pretty nervous about
having to ask him to sign the back of my head. But that
passed real fast when the lady assigned to collect the
tickets looked at me and said Ok lets get this rolling. So I
stepped up to the table gave her my ticket and turn to
Ditka , we shake hands I tell him thanks for everything that
he has done for the Chicago Bears and the fans. Then he
asks well what do you want me to sign for you, since I was
the only person in the place without a helmet or football or
just something. So I say I would like you to sign the back of
my head, he just looked at me not saying anything so I
turned around and showed him all the signatures i had on
my back, he still isn't saying anything.
Now the lady that takes the tickets turns to Ditka and asks
him are you going to sign him? He says well of course I am
but he's going to have to come back around the table. My
Gosh, I thought he was going to say no. So I went on the
other side of the table and leaned down so he didn't have
to get up and the starts to sign when he stops and says
Shit! That's weird your skin just moved, What he was saying
was it's sure wasn't like anything he ever signed before. So
when he finished signing me, he did say that was the first
time he ever did something like that before shook my hand
again and wished me luck.
So now that I had the coach's signature on my head It was
time to start worring again, can I get to Bustos before it
gets smeared, Since its Sunday Bustos is normally closed
but I had talk to Oscar (the owner) ahead of time so he
came in just to do the coaches signature.

And there you have #36 Mike Ditka,
and yes it did hurt!
#37 Richard Dent, his came in the best way. I was
contacted by TV station a few weeks back, they were
looking for a Bear fan to represent the Chicago Bears
in a new series call "FAN" and I was the one they
choose. They wanted to meet at the Hyatt Regency in
downtown Chicago on Friday the 15th at 3pm. When
the producer met me in the lobby she said we needed
to walk down a couple of blocks to another building
were the crew was setting up for a surprise that they
had for me.
I got to meet the Host of the show (Tracee Loran) as
the sound guy got me set up with a hidden mike in the
lobby of the office building. We then got in the elevator
and went up to another floor where the camera crew
was. When I was led into the office I had no idea it was
Richard Dents
me and Tracee entering Dent office
office, so when he
opened the door I
was speechless.
He shook my
hand and said he
had a poster he
was going to sign
for me, so he
unrolls this poster
out signs it for me
and then gave it to
me. That's when I
asked him to sign
me, I turned
around and
showed him the
back of my head
and when he saw
the tattoo of the
Bears logo and
the coach's
autograph he was
like you really are
a big Bear fan.
The producer
wanted him to be
surprised too and
he sure was,
especially when I
showed him my
back. I had him
sign my left fore
arm.
After talking with him for almost an hour the producer
said we had to get going, so that we could get me to the
tattoo shop. They had arranged with Oscar from Busto
Tattoo to come in and film while he tattooed the
signature .
