My 15 minutes of Fame, was all started thanks to The
Joe & Rebecca Show on 102.3 XLC. They contacted
Sara Faiwell at The Daily Herald and told her about my
collection of signatures that I started. Sara called me
about coming to my home and doing an interview with
me. She and a photographer came out the next day
and did a interview with me, after the interview she
said the article may make in the paper on Friday.

So while waiting to see if I had made the grade for the
Friday paper I decided to send my picture to Jonathon
Brandmeier Show on the Loop 97.9 (sorry Joe) He
e-mailed me back wanting to know if I would come
down on Friday to be on the show. And of course I said
I'd would be there!
We didn't even get a chance to set up a time, when the
phone rang. It was channel 2 (CBS) wanting to know if I
would be interested in coming down to Soldier Field at
5am on Friday. To be part of a Tailgate Party, I was like
I'll be there at 4am! (I was)
Friday paper I decided to send my picture to Jonathon
Brandmeier Show on the Loop 97.9 (sorry Joe) He
e-mailed me back wanting to know if I would come
down on Friday to be on the show. And of course I said
I'd would be there!
We didn't even get a chance to set up a time, when the
phone rang. It was channel 2 (CBS) wanting to know if I
would be interested in coming down to Soldier Field at
5am on Friday. To be part of a Tailgate Party, I was like
I'll be there at 4am! (I was)

So I Left my house at 3.15am to head down to Soldier
Field for the Tailgate Party, When I pulled up to Soldier
Field and saw all the TV crews, it was a bit intimidating.
Especially when they told me the finalists for the 12th
man contest where also going to be there, since I
should have been one of them (for I am the #1 Fan).
Sometimes showing up early isn't always a good
thing, since I was the 1st one to show up of the guest.
They decided to put me on air 1st. After having the
make-up lady take the glare off my head I was on. It
didn't last but a couple of minutes but it was cool.

When I finished talking with Joe, it was time to finally

boss (in a good way) since he had tickets for the
Carolina game and gave them away to a customer
instead of me. He even had me put out a plea for a ticket
which I would never do! (unless you do have an extra

So after the show ended I was given a couple of Loop
